"Jerry Farnum's State Farm office was the third agent I spoke to trying to secure homeowners insurance for my pending mortgage application. the first agent couldn't help me as they were out of state and recommended someone in Vermont instead. I called that agent three separate times trying to get them to put together a quote for me and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone as most of the people were out of the office and promises were made and broken. When I called Farnum, Fran Murphy answer the phone and was the most helpful person I had spoken to for any type of business in a very very long time. she was extremely efficient and professional and had me exactly what I needed within 24 hours. she also offered lots of advice on how I can modify the policy as I go along, based on potential renters etc. I highly recommend speaking with her for any of your insurance needs, she is a real gem in this day of mediocre customer service."

"I've always been impressed with both Jerry and his staff, but recently a 30 foot U-Haul truck crashed into the front of my home! Many thousands of dollars worth of damage and I had to stay at a hotel for a month - and Jerry was there to answer every phone call and email - and there was a LOT! He was wonderful! I highly recommend Jerry Farnum and State Farm."

"I have dealt with Jerry and State Farm in the past and have always had incredible service, but when I called and left a message on a Friday at 4:50, I never expected a call back. Not only did Jerry call me back to get my customers car insured before they left the dealership, he hand delivered the binder and new insurance cards. Customer service at its best. "I have been with Jerry Farnum And Statefarm for years. Jerry always works either me to adjust my insurance for my needs. Long time family care!!! I lost my truck in a freakish flood in Maine last Winter and Statefarm handled the whole thing for me. Made it easy and an absolute joy.
